About us

World Wide Box & Packaging Corp. (WWBP) is a family-owned company. WWBP originated in November 1993 when the three founding partners (Robert Miller, Al Noehl, and Gary Christensen) decided they wanted to start a packaging company.

At that time, the primary business focus was making custom (wood) boxes and packaging to ship large items for their customers. In 1992 the partners bought Henning’s Pallet Company and WWBP began making custom and recycled pallets in addition to manufacturing large crates and boxes for shipping.

In the mid-1990s, the partners leased a 40,000 square foot facility and started warehousing and loading sea containers for global shipping. In 2007 two of the original partners, Al Noehl and Gary Christensen, retired from the business.

With the retirement of two of the founding partners, Jeff Zimmerman stepped in to become a partner with Robert Miller. Eventually, Jeff left the business to pursue his own company, and WWBP became solely owned by the Miller family. Although Robert is now a silent partner, he can still be occasionally seen at the Company processing quotes for customers. Trever Miller is the overall Company Manager and is in charge of day-to-day production. Another generation of the Miller family can be seen at the Company as well! Isabelle Miller is the Operations Manager for WWBP and Dawson Miller can be seen working in the yard. It truly is a family-owned and operated business!

Isabelle joined the Company as a full-time employee in early 2018. Isabelle’s role as Operations Manager is integral in the daily operations of the Company. In her role, Isabelle is responsible for order processing and timelines, quote processing for new orders, supervision of shop, delivery staff, and our Safety Manager, lumber purchases, and quality control. Isabelle works closely with all manufacturing staff to ensure orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.

Kelly joined the company in 2017. She is a part-time employee and manages all Finances for the Company. In addition to managing finances, Kelly is the HR Manager and regulates personnel files while keeping up-to-date on current HR trends. Additionally, Kelly manages the office staff, day-to-day Company processes, and operations working directly under, and in tandem with, the CEO.

Sharon joined the Company in 2019. She is responsible for all invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable. Additionally, Sharon is our Customer Service Manager. Aside from her accounting responsibilities, Sharon plays an integral role in helping our customers with their needs and any issues that may arise. She is very personable and will do everything she can to be sure our customers are satisfied with their experience with the Company.

Trever is the CEO of the Company and oversees all operations. He is very involved with the Company and has a great rapport with many of our vendors. Trever also writes quotes and manages all aspects of the business.
